Minor changes​

• Fixed a bug where signing groups could be added/removed/updated even when an agreement was not in draft or open status.

While modifying this data would not cause problems with the signing process in itself (any invalid data would fail our strict validation), it could cause issues with signing processes not being able to be completed. If you rely on modifying or adding signing groups for pending agreements, please review your implementation before upgrading.

• If a specified issuers email matches that of a participant, and no other participant uses that email, the issuer's role will automatically be converted to 'signer' or 'approver'.
